I have had the Tandoor for a little while now and have used it a few times. I am extremely impressed with the Tandoor itself. Even though I have not mastered the cooking techniques yet, I have been very happy with the food I’ve made; and I’m very glad I bought the accessories to cook while the Tandoor is heating. The walls are thick and do an amazing job with holding the heat. I bought the Aladdin, and the price is more than worth it. I wish I had a big enough place to order 10 of them (of course through Aleksey) and invite the whole city over.

I own different brand Tandoor in my previous home, so I was looking for better products to use for BBQ and bread. first let me tell you about the pride of craftsmanship's. I could definitely say that the Dastarkhan tandoor is one of the best addition to our home. We've had this tandoor for about a year and half, and have used it a whole lot. The tandoor has been and continues to be the talk among my circle of friends. And my home has been the favorite "goto" hangout place (pre-COVID). We've cooked a variety of food in this contraption... including bread and pizza. This has so much cooking space that it cooking for a party was not a problem... that a lot of folks enjoyed hanging out around the tandoor. This huge tandoor is 3-inches thick which holds heat for a very long time. Customer service is awesome and very quick to respond. Very pleased over all. My husband found this interesting cooking thing online , through Luxury Tandoors website , so we decided to buy it. The delivery time was delayed, due to Covid , we 're waited for 2 month., But it is worth it ! Excellent tandoor and stellar customer service. The ordering process was smooth and painless. The tandoor was unbelievably well packed to avoid any damage in transportation. We had a party of 15 folks come over for a barbecue party - we thoroughly enjoyed not just the food but the overall traditional cooking process. The food turned out really well - tender and above all juicy. Yummy leg of lamb, lamb chops, chicken tandoori and bihari kebabs for dinner. To start, I have to compliment the customer service for their quick response and fantastic care. I had the pleasure to deal with Arthur who was extremely helpful and timely in his replies.
My tandoor took a bit longer to deliver to Dubai due to COVID situation unfortunately, and had a few missing items.
However when I informed customer service they profusely apologized and shipped all the missing items immediately free of charge.
The tandoor itself is nothing short of a piece of art, everyone was impressed by how well it was made and designed, and exceeded my expectations in how easy it is to fire up and how delicious it makes any food you cook in it. I have a woodfired oven as well and the tandoor fortunately uses much less wood and need shorter time to reach optimal cooking temperatures.

I've been researching tandoors for quiet some time. I knew it was supposed to be good but honestly I didn't expect this. The only hard part was getting the alladin tandoor into my backyard. Really outstanding work, quality and experience. I agree with some of the other reviews there that mention the fact that it makes other grills obsolete.... meat turned out tender and juicy beyond belief! really amazing!

Update - I feel the need to update my review because I want to echo just how good the customer support, responsiveness and experience is overall. I've had some concerns regarding the tandoor and sent an e-mail with some pictures to be investigated. Without any questions warranty service was activated to full satisfaction. Companies have a lot learn from luxury-tandoors what it should look like. Without question would recommend this company to anyone and I know where I am going to be buying next gift for my family!

Simply the best! Zero maintenance, self clean up, unbelievable taste, ease of cooking, super fast( once the tandoor is ready).. i could go on and on. If you enjoy cooking/ grilling outside than tha's the way to go. I have 4 grills, gas, charcoal, pellets, wood chunks ...what a waste of money, time and effort compared to this tandoor. End up buying Aladdin, what a piece of art! Read the instructions and take it easy on heating it up, i spent one hour and only few minor hairline cracks formed. Much smaller then anticipated. Don't have pics with cooked food, i simply lost myself in all that flavor and juiciness. One more thing : Packaging - Great Job guys!! I ordered the Aladdin back in early January, it was on back-order. I received it at the end of February along with accessories. Overall the process was stress-free and relatively easy. luxury-tandoors.com answered all my questions and was extremely patient before, during, and after the order process. Item arrived well packaged (take a look at photos), on a pallet, and well secured. It was delivered by local LTL and they did call ahead to schedule a delivery day/time with me. I decided to upgrade from a cheaper old tandoor that was okay to the 'Hunter' tandoor from Luxury tandoors the website of which I stumbled upon by accident! Initially, I was going to just buy the 3 tier rack for my old tandoor but due to the special pricing they offer and excellent customer service from Anatoly for local customers with pick up from their warehouse in Delta we decided to go ahead. From unpacking my first impression was wow and i am so happy cooking in it so far and have attached pics. Much better than a gas BBQ or grill all you require is patience and practice to make food taste so great. Will be using it for a long time to come. Highly recommend this product and company. Have have had tandoor Khan for more than a year now. Using it at least once a week (weather permitting). Even took it onto a camping trip! (got a hand-truck and a ramp and it fits nicely into my van). Anyways - I do recommend this product. Heavy duty and hold heat for good while.
