Ceramic Pot 2L

Universal Crossbar can be used on any tandoor from our lineup. It is much more convenient to hang the meat hook or fish grill or skewer bowl off of this universal crossbar since the depression in the middle of it will not let them slide when loading and unloading it into your tandoor. Length: 23.5 in (60 cm)

This 2 litre Ceramic Pot is perfect for cooking any soups or stews inside your tandoor. Use the fork to place the pot directly on top of the ash grate and again to retrieve it. The 2 Litre Ceramic Pot will fit inside all of our tandoors. Note: Handle not supplied, however can be purchased at any local hardware store in the form of a wooden or metal dowel.

Ceramic Pot 3L

The Stainless Steel Chicken Roaster is meant to be used with our large or medium 1-tier rack.  Cook a whole chicken from the inside and out while protecting the legs from charring.  You will have a perfectly roasted tandoor chicken every time.

The fish grilling rack is perfectly shaped for cooking a whole fish or side fillet.  Just season your dressed fish, place inside the rack and hang it from your skewer rack. Tandoori fish will be on your plate in no time.   Intended for use in Aladdin, Oriental, Ataman, Antique, Khan, Saka, Aladdin Mini and Chief.

Cast iron is best for cooking. It accumulates and releases heat over a long period of time. Environmentally friendly. This special feature allows it to cook the most intense and delicious food. Cast material is considered safe with respect to the human body. Cast iron cookware is durable, not afraid of overheating and mechanical damage. 12 and 17-liter models come with a lid that can also be used as a frying pan.

• Please note, tandoor lids could be just a tiny bit smaller than the original lid. We are unable to adjust the lid to your unique tandoor.
• Tandoors and lids are manufactured together, so those are unique for every tandoor.
• Spare lids are manufactured to fit a few models, so the look will be more generic and might not be like the original.
• If the lid is slightly smaller, you will need to grind off a little bit of the inner lid surface using Grit 50 polishing pads (available on Amazon)
