|Mix all of the above in a large bowl, using gloves. Once thoroughly mixed, place in fridge for about 12 hours. Keep in mind that the onion is for marinating only, and will not be consumed.|
Once marinated, remove from fridge and skewer, discarding onions. Place in hot Tandoor and patiently await your reward (check after 10 minutes if it’s ready).
Serve with Naan, Raita or Rice Pilaf.

To start, I have to compliment the customer service for their quick response and fantastic care. I had the pleasure to deal with Arthur who was extremely helpful and timely in his replies. My tandoor took a bit longer to deliver to Dubai due to COVID situation unfortunately, and had a few missing items. However when I informed customer service they profusely apologized and shipped all the missing items immediately free of charge. The tandoor itself is nothing short of a piece of art, everyone was impressed by how well it was made and designed, and exceeded my expectations in how easy it is to fire up and how delicious it makes any food you cook in it. I have a woodfired oven as well and the tandoor fortunately uses much less wood and need shorter time to reach optimal cooking temperatures. Highly recommend everyone who loves outdoor cooking to try this tandoor.
Had a great experience getting my Luxury Tandoor delivered (Ataman). Looks beautiful on my deck and the perfect alternative to my bbq allowing me to make a variety of meats and naans for a very unique taste. Would buy again!
