Other reviewers also spoke very highly of the customer service and that is one of the main reasons why I went with Luxury Tandoors over a competitor, and Aleksey did not disappoint and also made the ordering process very smooth. I wish all companies had this level of excellence, if they did, they would stay in business forever.

I have had the Tandoor for a little while now and have used it a few times. I am extremely impressed with the Tandoor itself. Even though I have not mastered the cooking techniques yet, I have been very happy with the food I’ve made; and I’m very glad I bought the accessories to cook while the Tandoor is heating. The walls are thick and do an amazing job with holding the heat. I bought the Aladdin, and the price is more than worth it. I wish I had a big enough place to order 10 of them (of course through Aleksey) and invite the whole city over.

The delivery driver was also great. He was willing to take it wherever we wanted; I know that is not be expected but in our case it was superb. read less - 19 Dec 2021
